Today is Clint and my 18 month anniversary. Woo Hoo!! <3
I ate three slices of cucumber, water.
Did the 5k jog= 30 min.
Did one set of 15minutes on the elliptical. Hope to do another later today.
I had a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and baked chicken on a tortilla shell. with water.
Did my second set of 15 minutes on the elliptical.
Did 50 sit ups.
25 squats and 25 lunges.
25 in-outs
25 bicycles
25 reverse bicycles
25 crunchy frog
25 V-sit ups
more water.
