I havent been keeping up . Sep 4, 2013

I have been doing pretty good lately.  I worked out with 30 min of elliptical time 6 out of 7 days.  I did squats and lunges.  I have been eating wayyyy less and better choices. 

Today:

I did 2 sets of 15 minutes on the elliptical= -510cal
I did only 10 lunges

I ate salad, tomato, cucumber, canned chicken with ranch and raspberry dressings, and a light babybell cheese.

I ate 13 nilla waffers with whipped honey.

I ate one banana.

I drank 2 bottles of water.. so far.

I plan to do another 2 sets of 15 minutes on the elliptical again tonight after work, and 40 lunges and 25 squats. 

I hope to eat a decent dinner, maybe spaghetti, but proportioned correctly, no bread and butter, maybe a small side salad and one serving of spaghetti.

I have lost up to between 6 and 7 pounds this week, as of this morning.  I'll weigh in again tomorrow morning.
I hate being at work, when I could be walking or something else, like homework.

Today,
I did the 5k jog week 1 day 3. = 30 minutes
2 sets of 15 minutes on the elliptical= 30 minutes.
50 sit ups, 25 squats, 25 lunges
I ate a teaspoon of peanut butter.  water

Today is Clint and my 18 month anniversary.  Woo Hoo!! <3

I ate three slices of cucumber, water.

Did the 5k jog= 30 min.

Did one set of 15minutes on the elliptical. Hope to do another later today.

I had a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and baked chicken on a tortilla shell. with water.

Did my second set of 15 minutes on the elliptical. 
Did 50 sit ups.
25 squats and 25 lunges.
25 in-outs
25 bicycles
25 reverse bicycles
25 crunchy frog
25 V-sit ups
more water.

Aug 27 and Aug 28

This is a double day blog.

Yesterday (AUG 27):  I did the couch to 5K jog for week 1, day 2.  Then I did two sets of 15 minutes on the elliptical.

I ate a pb&j, lunch meat wrap, and hobo casserole.

Today (AUG 28):  I did the couch to 5K jog for week1, day 2 again.  I hope to do another two sets of 15 minutes on the elliptical today too.----EDIT: I did two sets of 15!

I ate a piece of toast, egg over easy, onion slice and a tomato with coffee with honey.

A salad at lunch with baked chicken, lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato and a little Ranch dressing and Raspberry vinegrette dressing. with water.

Same salad and water for dinner.

dry honey nut cherrios for snack.   water
